Lawyer / Human Resources Professional with around 20 years of experience in Brazil and Latin America in Global Mobility Management / Expatriates, with extensive knowledge in immigration (work and residence visas), international employee relocation, HR (payroll and benefits), Brazilian labor legislation.

 

Experience for 6 years in Immigration, Relocation and Documentation Consulting; 14 years in Multinationals, being permanently transferred to Bulgaria, staying for 4 years (2019 – 2023) and returning to Brazil in 2023. Solid experience in the areas of Global Mobility: Consulting, Transferred Employee (Expatriate) and Client (Multinational).

Development of partnerships and relationships with various service providers and professionals from other areas of the company (HR, Finance, Legal, IT, Travel, etc.) always seeking ethics and compliance with the organizational culture and company policies, with labor, immigration and tax laws.

 

Participation in projects to implement/transition internal HR processes for global mobility providers, such as: Santa Fe Relocation/Equus (Assignment Pro) in 2015, Fragomen Immigration in 2017 and Weichert Workforce Mobility in 2019. Creation, development and implementation of standard operational processes for international transfer of employees to Latin America (Inbounds), as well as from Latin America (Outbounds) to other regions, ensuring the use of the global software system for assignees (Assignment Pro).

 

Main Achievements:

• Creation and continuous updating of Standard Operating Processes for all Latin American countries for the purpose of international transfer of employees.

• Participation in the project to improve permanent transfer processes and create a new assignment letter, facilitating greater assertiveness and clarity in this type of transfer.

• Organization of foreign employee files, creation and implementation of the Global Mobility area within HR, bringing agility and transparency to the hiring processes of these employees.

• Development of Global Mobility policy in partnership with Human Resources executives, bringing security and compliance to internal and external processes.

• Support the North American team as a Global Mobility Consultant, holding meetings with managers and advising on policy, type of move, timeline and immigration, resulting in increased role awareness and visibility for promotion.
